More Than a Title — corporate program

We send a facilitator into your building. They teach your people how to conduct an interview, and they choose who sits opposite whom — because the pairing is where the course actually happens.

Conversations around the table

What the session includes

  1. 01

    A facilitator in the room

One of our directors runs the session on site — no video course to click through alone.

  2. 02

    Interview training

Your people are taught how to ask, how to listen, and when to stay silent on camera.

  3. 03

    Pairing design

We select the most appropriate pairings across levels, functions and cultures — the pairing is the course.

  4. 04

    Filmed conversations

Each pair records a real interview. We handle the kit, the sound and the room.

  5. 05

    Edited films

We cut the strongest conversations into short films your teams can keep and share internally.

  6. 06

    Debrief session

A facilitated close-out where the room names what it heard and what changes on Monday.

What it's worth

  • Facilitated, not self-serve. A real person runs the room, handles the awkward first ten minutes and keeps it safe.
  • Pairings designed on purpose. We match across seniority, function and culture, so people meet the colleague they'd never book a meeting with.
  • A skill, not a talk. Your team leaves able to ask better questions and listen properly — in reviews, in sales, in conflict.
  • Something to keep. Edited films you can use for onboarding, internal comms and culture work long after we leave.
